To provide you with an accurate quote for your custom piece, we begin by creating a 3D CAD design. This allows you to visualize how your jewelry will look and make any necessary adjustments before finalizing the design.
We charge a non-refundable fee of $299 for the CAD design, which will be deducted from the total cost of the piece once you proceed with the order.
Upon your approval of the design, we require a 50% deposit to begin production, with the remaining 50% due when the piece is ready. Please note that custom jewelry takes approximately 4 to 5 weeks to complete.
As custom pieces are made to your specifications, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
